[摘要]目的:研究低剂量辐射对免疫系统影响的剂量率效应。方法:采用高、中、低3个不同剂量率的60Coγ射线,同一照射剂量75 mGy,全身一次性照射小鼠,ELISA分析照射4 h后血浆IL12和IL10的含量变化。结果: 3个剂量率照射后小鼠血浆中IL12、 IL10和IL12/IL10均出现不同程度的下降,并随着剂量率增加呈现“下降-低点-回升”的“V”字型变化。结论: 在低剂量辐射对免疫系统的影响中,存在波动性的剂量率效应。[关键词]60Coγ射线;辐射;IL12;IL10;辐射免疫学

Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of low dose 60Coγ radiation at different dose rates on the level of IL12 and IL10 in the sera of mice.
