H/FQJA型潜用气溶胶监测报警仪的研制与应用

     [摘要]目的:监测潜艇舱室气溶胶浓度,浓度超限报警,减少气溶胶对艇员健康的危害。方法:研制H/FCLJA型潜用气溶胶监测报警仪,采用光散射原理,对潜艇舱室气溶胶浓度进行测定。结果:系泊试验时报警仪的测量误差<4%;航行试验时的测量误差<2%;满足了设计指标<10%的要求。结论:该报警仪设计科学、合理,工作性能稳定,使用方便,测量快速,满足了研制任务书的要求。

    Development and evaluation of the H/FQJA aerosol monitoring and alarming system used onboard submarines

    Abstract: Objective: The system is used to monitor the concentration of aerosol in the submarine cabin, to give an alarming signal when the pre-set concentration limit is exceeded, and to reduce the ill effect of aerosol upon the health of the submarine crew. Methods: Based on the optical scattering technique, the H/FQJA aerosol monitoring and alarming system was developed to measure aerosol concentration in the submarine cabin. Results: Testing of the system at anchorage showed that it was within a tolerance of 4 %, while the measurement made during an operational deployment was within a tolerance of 2 %. Results proved that the system could satisfactorily meet the tolerance limit of less than 10 % set by the design criteria. Conclusion: Performance evaluation indicates that the system is of good design, stable performance, easy operation, fast measurement. These features fully meet with the requirements set forth in the development program of the system. ......
