     摘要：目的考察抗癫痫类中药制剂中添加化学药品苯巴比妥的检测方法。方法建立化学官能团专属性鉴别方法和高效液相色谱法进行初步确认，用高效液相色谱—质谱联用技术以对照品比对做最终确认。结果与结论该法操作简便、快速，结果准确、可靠。

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo identify a method for the test of phenobarbital mixed in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)preparations.MethodsChemical method and HPLC method were established for the determination of the organic extract of TCM preparations, and phenobarbital was last identified by comparation of samples with standards in HPLC-MS.Results and ConclusionThe samples were determined and contained phenobarbital.The method is simple, accurate and reliable. ......
