     摘要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定美宝胶囊中大黄素含量的方法。方法用kromasil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm，5 μm)，以甲醇水(9∶1)为流动相，流速1.0 ml/min，检测波长254 nm。结果进样量在0.150 6～0.753 0 μg范围内线形关系良好，r=0.999 5；加样回收率为98.25%，RSD=4.93%(n=3)。结论该法准确可靠，专属性及重现性均良好，可以作为该药的质控指标。
