温肾化瘀法治疗高尿酸血症的机理探讨

摘要：目的研究温肾化瘀法治疗高尿酸血症的作用机理。方法将温肾化瘀中药分别用于因酵母膏和氧嗪酸钾盐致高尿酸血症动物模型身上，并与苯溴马隆和别嘌呤醇对照观察其对模型动物血尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)及血清黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)的影响。结果两种方法均可使小鼠血尿酸明显升高(P<0.05)。在酵母膏致高尿酸血症动物模型中，中药各剂量组及苯溴马隆组有明显改善模型动物血UA、BUN异常升高的作用(P<0.05)，但中药各剂量组对XOD活性的改善与模型组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)；在氧嗪酸钾盐致高尿酸血症动物模型中，中药高剂量组、别嘌呤醇组及苯溴马隆组与模型组比较有改善实验小鼠血UA，BUN异常升高的作用(P<0.05)，但中药各剂量组对XOD活性的改善与模型组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但对XOD活性的改善，高剂量组已接近于阳性组。结论温肾化瘀中药很可能有抑制XOD的活性和促进尿酸排泄的作用。关键词：温肾化瘀；高尿酸血症；尿酸；尿素氮；黄嘌呤氧化酶；作用机理
The Research of the Function Mechanism of Anti-Hyperuricuria Through Warming Kidney and Removing Blood Stasis

Abstract:ObjectiveTo research the function mechanism of anti- hyperuricuria through warming kidney and removing blood stasis. MethodsThe herb treat the model of animal which get hyperuricuria owing to yeast grease or potassium oxonate. We observe how it affects the blood uric acid, urea nitrogen and xanthine oxidase of rats.ResultsWe can successfully get the hyperuricuria animal model in both methods. The herb can improve the blood uric acid and urea nitrogen of animal model ascending, but no effect in the xanthine oxidase in the hyperuricuria mouse experiment because of yeast grease. So dose it in the hyperuricuria mouse experiment because of potassium oxonate. But we can know the high dose of herb is close to positive medicine from herb therapeutic trend.ConclusionThe herb of warming kidney and removing blood stasis possibly inhibit xanthine oxidase activity and uric acid ejection. ......
