摘要：目的通过对虎杖异名成因的分析，探讨中药异名的文献源、地域性和民族用名，分析同物异名中交互出现的同名异物复杂情况可能导致的用药混淆，提示规范中药名称和严格使用正名的重要意义。方法采用文献查阅和实地调查的方法。结果发现中药虎杖的异名多达170个，颇具代表性。结论规范中药名称和严格使用正名具有重要意义。关键词：虎杖；同物异名现象

Abstract:ObjectiveIn order to hint the importance of right use and standardization of Chinese materia medica.MethodsBased on literature and field investigation.ResultsAs a represent, the different names of Hu-zhang(Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati)amount to 170 because of the different literatures, territories and nationalities.ConclusionIt is very important rightly to and standardize the Chinese materia medica.
