结香花化学成分的研究

摘要:目的从结香的花蕾中提取分离活性成分。方法结香花蕾用工业乙醇冷浸,不同极性溶剂提取,再用硅胶层析分离,测定化合物的理化常数和波谱数据,鉴定其化学结构。结果分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:异吲哚1,3二酮(1HisoIndole1,3(2H)dione Ⅰ),结香苷C(edgeworoside CⅡ)和7羟基香豆素(7hydroxycoumarin Ⅲ),西瑞香素(daphnoretin Ⅳ)和β谷甾醇(βsitosterol Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅰ和Ⅴ为首次从该植物的花蕾中提取得到。关键词:结香;化学成分;提取分离;结构鉴定

Abstract:ObjectiveTo abstract and isolate the active components from the flower of Edgeworthia Chrysantha Lindl.MethodsThe flower of Edgeworthia chrysantha Lindl. was extracted with ethanol and the crude extract was separated by silica gel column chromatography.Results Five compounds were isolated and their structures were determined by their physical-chemical properties and spectrum data (1HNMR, EIMS, UV and IR) respectively, and their structures were identified as: 1HisoIndole1,3(2H)dione(Ⅰ), Edgeworoside C(Ⅱ), 7hydroxycoumarin(Ⅲ), Daphnoretin(Ⅳ), and βsitosterol(Ⅴ). ConclusionCompoundⅠand Ⅴ were isolated from the plant for the first time. ......
