摘要：综述了高效液相色谱(HPLC)法指纹图谱在中药质量控制方面的应用，并通过供试品的制备、标准品的选择、结果分析方法来阐述中药指纹图谱的应用现状，指出高效液相色谱法应用于中药指纹图谱中现有不足之处和未来的发展方向。关键词：高效液相色谱；中药指纹图谱
Application and Analysis of Fingerprint in Traditional Chinese Medicine by HPLC

Abstract:This paper summarized the application of fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine by HPLC to the quality control.It also reviewed the actuality of fingerprint in traditional Chinese medicine through the preparation for sample,the choice for standard sample,and the method of result analysis.Then pointed out the main problems at present and the prospective future in application of fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine by HPLC.

当前，中药指纹图谱技术在国内外已成为一种发展趋势。首先是美国食品与药品管理局(FDA)允许草药保健品申报资料可以提供色谱指纹图。世界卫生组织(WHO)在1996年草药评价指导原则中也规定：如果草药的活性成分不明，可以提供指纹图谱以证明产品质量的一致。欧共体也将指纹图谱监控技术应用于植物药质量控制[1]。我国自200008国家药品监督管理局颁发《中药注射剂指纹图谱研究的技术要求(暂行)》(国药管注[2000]348号)以来，中药指纹图谱的研究成为中药研究的热点。国家药品监督管理局要求到2002年末，所有申报的中药注射剂均应有相关的指纹图谱资料 ......
