     摘要：目的建立复方儿茶胶囊中儿茶素的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法测定,YMC-PacKODS-A柱(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)；0.04 mol·L-1枸橼酸N，N二甲基甲酰胺四氢呋喃(45∶8∶2)为流动相，流速为0.6 ml·min-1，检测波长为280 nm，柱温为35℃。结果儿茶素进样量在0.750~2.625 μg内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，相关系数为0.999 8，3批样品的平均回收率分别为98.64%，99.13%和100.17%。结论该方法操作简便、可靠、准确、可作为该制剂的质量控制。

    Determination of Catechin in Compositae Catechu Capsules by HPLC
