紫草油膏中的化学成分研究

     摘要：目的研究紫草油膏的化学成分，探讨中药复方中紫草油炸的合理性。方法利用色谱法对中药紫草油膏中的化学成分进行分离；利用核磁共振、质谱波谱方法对分离得到的单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从紫草油膏中分离得到芝麻素、芝麻酚林、去氧紫草素、紫草素。结论中药紫草油膏中的化合物含有香油和紫草的有效成分，说明中药复方油膏剂中应用香油炸药材有其合理性。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the chemical constituents of the Arnebia euchroma Oil Extract .MethodsThe methanol extracts of the pericarp of Arnebia euchroma oil extract were separated with various chromatography technologies to produce some pure compounds and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic and chromatographic methods.ResultsSesamin, sesamolin,deoxyshikonin and sikonin were isolated from Arnebia euchroma oil extract. ConclusionIt is in reason to extract Arnebia euchroma with Sesamum oil. ......
