应用人巨细胞病毒-核酸扩增反应对复方黄芪颗粒治疗感染人巨细胞病毒小鼠的疗效评价

     摘要：目的应用人巨细胞病毒-核酸扩增(HCMVPCR)反应探讨中药复方黄芪颗粒对感染HCMV小鼠治疗作用。方法用小鼠尾静脉染毒法建立HCMV全身获得性感染模型，并用复方黄芪颗粒给小鼠灌胃治疗，然后应用HCMVPCR反应测定其内脏HCMVDNA阳性率。结果复方黄芪颗粒42.0，21.0 g/kg组HCMVDNA阳性率明显低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论复方黄芪颗粒对感染HCMV小鼠有一定的治疗作用。
