【摘要】 目的 分析龈沟液(gingival crevicular fluid，GCF)白细胞介素-1β(interleukin-1 beta，IL-1β)的含量变化规律及其与牙周炎的关系。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay，ELISA)试验对健康人以及慢性牙周炎患者牙周基础治疗前后龈沟液中IL-1β的含量进行检测。结果 IL-1β总量在治疗前牙周炎位点明显高于健康位点，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。经牙周治疗后，IL-1β总量明显减少，且差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 龈沟液中IL-1β水平与牙周炎症程度密切相关。
