【Abstract】 AIM: To study the frequency response of electrical impedance of abdominal bleeding in rabbit models and to provide some basic data for the noninvasive monitoring research of tiny abdominal bleeding.METHODS: 1255B impedance/gainphase analyzer of British Solartron Company and four electrodes measuring methods were used.The abdominal bleeding was simulated by injection of sodium chloride or blood to the rabbits.RESULTS: We studied the complex impedance of in vivo tissue in every frequency range from 0 Hz to 1 MHz and found that the impedance decreased linearly with the increase of the volume of the conducted fluid.CONCLUSION: Our study lays the basis for the study of electronic impedance tomography (EIT) monitoring and quantification of slow abdominal bleeding. ......
