【摘要】 目的 观察氯氮平与氯丙嗪在治疗精神分裂症患者的过程中对脑电图的影响。方法 对200例住院精神分裂症患者服用精神药物氯氮平和氯丙嗪，服药前后以及药物剂量的大小、服用时间长短、脑电图的异常程度进行分组比较。结果 服用氯丙嗪的对照组和服用氯氮平的观察组之间差异有显著性。结论 脑电图的异常程度和服药时间的长短、剂量大小、有很大的关联性。
