【摘要】 目的 探讨子宫肌瘤手术治疗的术式选择。方法 对我院107例子宫肌瘤患者的临床症状进行分析，并对进行手术的104例手术方式进行探讨。结果 107例患者中伴有子宫肌瘤相关症状者74例，占69.2%；无临床症状33例，占30.8%；治疗以手术为主，其中子宫肌瘤剔除术占67.3%。结论 子宫肌瘤患者中有一部分无临床症状，体格检查是早期诊断的重要方法，手术方式以子宫肌瘤剔除术为主。

    A clinical analysis of 107 cases of uterine leiomyomas

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate operation methods of uterine myomas.Methods The clinical data of 107 patients with uterine leiomyomas were analysed and operation methods of 104 patients were investigated.Results In 107 cases,74 cases had clinical symptom(68.2%);33 cases did not have clinical symptom(31.8%);the main therapy was operation,67.3% of operation were myomectomy.Conclusion The physical examination is very important for patients without clinical symptom at childbearing age.The surgical method was myomectomy.
