     Technical Study on Stock Culture of Se_enriched

    Activated Lactobacillus

    Abstract:The effects of cultural condition(temperature,Se_concentration，inoculation)were studied by L9(33)orthogonal test.The result showed that when m(LB)+m(LA)+m(st)=1+1+1，and using restore no fat milk powder，the best fermenting condition were namely fermented temperature 39℃， Se_concentration 5 μg/mL， inoculation amount 7%，Se_enriching ratio 5038%，the cell population 72×1010 cfu/mL. According with every quality requirement of the fermented pharmaceutical，it could work as the working stock culture which produced the Se_enriching activate Lactobacillus functionality dairy products.

    摘要：通过分析山银花不同花期硒含量，探讨了山银花中硒的积蓄规律与土壤硒之间的关系。选择湖南省隆回县小沙江地区加油站北和岩背村两处土壤硒含量分别为0968 mg/kg 和0837 mg/kg的山地，种植灰毡毛忍冬的两个不同品种：白云一号和金蕾一号，在花期内连续采收绿蕾期、白蕾期、白花期和金花期样本 ......
