红药膏治疗烧伤800例的临床疗效观察

摘要 目的 探讨应用红药膏治疗烧伤创面的效果。方法 观察800例烧伤患者创面使用红药膏治疗与用普通常用药换药治疗烧伤创面80例患者作为对照。观察其创面平均愈合天数、治愈率、好转率等情况。结果 红药膏组800例中，768例(96%)治愈，32例好转(4%)无1例无效或恶化，治愈率为96%，有效率为100%；使用普通常用药治疗烧伤创面的80例患者中，63例治愈(治愈78.7%)，16例好转(20%)，恶化1例(1.25%)。经Ridit分析，P<0.01。结论 本组疗效明显优于普通药组，红药膏具有与伤口不发生粘连，换药无痛和免除组织损伤，此外，还具有很强的抗菌、促进伤口生长作用和缩短愈合时间等优点。关键词 红药膏；烧伤；疗效
