The present condition of the community health service and the development foregroundPing Wang
Abstract OBJECTIVE To explore what problems confronting the health service center and its developing foreground.METHODS For five years,Baoshan district in Shanghai City,Songnan community health service center(called“center”as follows) explored and practised service including prevention,health care,healthy education,medical treatment,rehabilitation,the family-planned technique guidance,which was called“six integral whole”community health service.RESULTS The community health service obtained certain improvement,but still was placed in a beginning improvement stage totally,surfacially,and to large people’s demand existed a certain margin,the community prevention,health care,basic medical treatment and so on resulting in still hardly meeting the residents’ need.CONCLUSION To turn the community health service system reform deeply is necessary.
