【摘 要】 目的 探讨微创术治疗中重型脑出血患者的临床价值。 方法 根据CT片定位，采用YL-1型颅内血肿粉碎针进行微创术，配合尿激酶溶解血凝块及冲洗引流。 结果 微创术清除颅内血肿，缩短了住院时间，提高了治疗效果。 结论 微创术治疗中重型脑出血操作简单，且损伤小，疗效确切。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of medium&severe cerebral hemorrhage patients treated with minimally invasive surgery.Methods According to head CT pictures，minimally invasive surgery was performed with YL-1type puncture needle comminuting intracranial hematomas while they were dissolved by injecting urokinase and drained by washing.Results Resident time in hospital was shortened and treatment effect was enhanced through eliminating intracranial hematomas with min-imally invasive surgery.Conclusion Paitents suffering from medium&severe cerebral hemorrhage could be treated with mini-mally invasive surgery which is easily performed with little impairment and can lead to good effects. ......
