[摘要]目的 探讨转化生长因子.β 1 (transforming growth factor.β 1 ，TGF.β 1 )及其信号蛋白Smad2，3在诱导大鼠心肌细胞肥大中的作用。 方法 培养新生大鼠心肌细胞，用不同剂量TGF.β 1 刺激，检测[ 3 H].Leu掺入量，RT.PCR检测信号蛋白Smad2，3mRNA的表达。 结果 不同剂量的TGF.β 1 均能明显增加心肌细胞[ 3 H].Leu掺入量，TGF.β 1 增加肥大心肌细胞Smad2，3mRNA的表达。 结论 TGF.β 1 能诱导大鼠心肌细胞肥大，信号蛋白Smad2，3在其中发挥了重要作用。
