四逆汤对慢性充血性心力衰竭大鼠模型血清内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽水平的影响

【摘 要】 目的 探讨四逆汤抗心力衰竭的疗效及其作用机制。方法 取Wistar大鼠50只,采用盐酸阿霉素(ADR)损伤大鼠心肌导致心力衰竭为模型(阿霉素16日累计用量20 mg/kg,第2、4日1 mg/kg,第6、8日2 mg/kg,第10、12日3 mg/kg,第14、16日4 mg/kg。腹膜内注射)。随机分为正常组、心衰模型对照组、卡托普利组、四逆汤组。测定大鼠血清内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平。并应用光镜观察心肌组织的病理变化。结果 与正常组比较,阿霉素致心力衰竭大鼠血清CGRP水平显著降低,血清ET水平明显升高。四逆汤及卡托普利均能降低ET水平,升高CGRP水平(P<0.05)。光镜结果显示,四逆汤治疗组心肌细胞损伤程度明显低于模型组。结论 四逆汤能调节改善慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)大鼠的神经内分泌功能,拮抗过度激活的神经内分泌系统。【关键词】 四逆汤;慢性病;心力衰竭,充血性;缩血管肽类;降钙素基因相关肽
Effection of Sini decoction on serum Endothelin and Calcitonin gene-related peptide in congestive heart failure rat model

【Abstracts】 Objective To explore the clinical effect and machenism of Sini decoction on chronic congestive heart failture.Methods 40 of 50 Wistar rats wrere used to make congestive heart failure model by injection of adriamycin into the peritoneum with dose of 1 mg/kg in the second and the fourth day, 2 mg/kg in the sixth and the eithth day, 3 mg/kg in the tenth and the twelveth day, and the cumulative dose of adriamycin was 20 mg/kg. The other 10 Wistar rats were divided into the normal group. 38 model rats were randomly divided into model control group, Captopril group and Sini decoction group.Results Compared with the normal group, serum CGRP level significantly decreased and ET level significantly increased.Compared with the model failure group, serum ET level significantly decreased and the level of CGRP significantly increased in the Sini decoction group and the Captopril group (P<0.05). The degree of mycardial damage in the Sini decoction group was obviously lower than that in the model group.Conclusion Sini decoction can modify the nerval endocrine function of chronic heart failure rat and can antagonize the hyperactive nerval endocrine system. ......
