【摘 要】 目的 比较米非斯酮10mg和25mg用于紧急避孕的有效性，副反应及可接受性。 方法 将无保护性交后72h内的198例健康育龄妇女随机分为2组。Ⅰ组198例，口服米非斯酮10mg;Ⅱ组100例，口服25mg。于预期下次月经日期的第7天随访，了解避孕效果、副反应及月经的变化。 结果 2组紧急避孕的有效率分别为89.28%和89.04%，无统计学差异(P>0.05);各种副反应发生率较低，均在10%以内，2组相近;2组月经延迟5天以上者的比率分别为8.16%和12%，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 10mg米非斯酮用于紧急避孕优于25mg米非斯酮。
