【摘 要】 目的 研究带蒂TRAM皮瓣在乳腺癌根治术后乳房重建中的应用、临床效果及其常见并发症。 方法 2003年7月～2005年4月从我院乳腺外科选择5例患者，在乳腺癌根治术后一期或二期应用带蒂TRAM皮瓣进行乳房重建。 结果 5例病例中有3例患者出现部分皮瓣的坏死，通过清创缝合后均愈合，愈合后乳房形态仍良好。 结论 部分皮瓣的坏死是应用带蒂TRAM皮瓣重建乳房很常见的并发症，乳腺癌根治术后应用带蒂TRAM皮瓣乳房重建术是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study immediate or delayed breast reconstruction by TRAM flap after radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods Five cases were selected to reconstruct breast after radical mastectomy for breast cancer by using TRAM flap.After breast reconstruction，chemotherapy and radiotherapy were used.Results The five patients were treated by TRAM flap breast reconstruction and the morphology of reconstructed breasts was excellent.Conclusion Putrescence of part of the flap is very often the complication.Breast reconstruction by TRAM after radical mastectomy for breast cancer is a safe and effective treatment. ......
