Strategies of training for residents of anesthetic department in military general hospital

    Abstract It is very necessary for the rapid development of anesthesiology to train considerable high-level qualified anesthetists.This study showed the experience of residents’ training on anesthesiology department in general hospital from the characteristics and disposition of resident, decision of training strategies and choosing reasonable training methods.Those experience might be useful for other hospitals to train their residents.

    摘要： 麻醉学的快速发展离不开高水平人才的培养。本文研究总结了综合医院麻醉科对住院医生进行培训的经验，从分析住院医生的素质特点、确定培训策略和制定培训方法等多个方面进行阐述，为麻醉科住院医生的培训提供了可借鉴的经验。
