[摘 要] 目的：分析早期食管癌的X线表现，应用数字化胃肠X线机提高早期食管癌的检出率和诊断准确率。方法：分析近期应用数字胃肠机检查发现的经手术病理证实的22例早期食管癌的X线表现，其中上皮癌4例、黏膜癌7例、黏膜下癌11例。结果：短期内发现的早期食管癌，病变段短，局部管壁微凹僵直，部分边缘稍不整，黏膜增粗、中断或有浅在小钡斑滞留。结论：数字胃肠机在提高早期食管癌的检出率和诊断准确率中具有重要价值。[关键词] 早期食管癌；数字X线；诊断
Digital Radiology Diagnosis of Early Esophageal Carcinoma

Abstract：Objective To study the characteristic finding in esophagograms of early esophageal carcinoma.To increased the detection rate and diagnose rate of early esophageal carcinoma by the digital radiology. Methods To ivestigate 22 cases esophagograms by the digital radiology, and these cases which their postoperative pathological diagnoses were early esophageal carcinoma,4 cases were epithelial carcinoma,7 cases were intramucosal carcinoma,11 cases were submucosal carcinoma.Results From the characteristic finding in esophagograms of early esophageal carcinoma, we can find, the foic of esophagus are short, the abrupt change in caliber,ragged edge,mucosal fold hypertrophy or interuption, and may be have spots of barium stay in.Conclusion Digital radiology in esophagraphy is demonstrated to be a valuable technique, which can improve the detection rate and diagnose rate of early esophageal carcinoma. ......
