双波长双试剂二点法测定血糖的方法研究

     [摘要] 目的：建立一种双波长双试剂二点法测定血糖的方法。方法：应用BECKMANCOULTER LX20全自动生化分析仪，用双波长双试剂二点法测定血糖。结果：本法与LX20电极法相关系数r=0.998 6,血糖浓度在22.20 mmol/L内线性良好，批内CV是2.11%～3.07%,批间CV是3.57%，平均回收率为100.6%。结论：研究结果表明，该法适用于常规批量测定血糖，且该法基本解决了溶血、脂血、黄疸对结果的影响。

    Abstract：Objective To establish a dual wavelength,dual reagents and two points method for detection of glucose.Methods Glucose was detected by the dual wavelength,dual reagents and two points method in BECKMANCOULTER LX20 automatic biochemical analyzer.Results The correlation coefficient is 0.998 6(r=0.998 6),compared to LX20 electrode method.The linear result is very good within the range of 22.2 mmol/L.The withinrun CV is 2.11%～3.07% ......
