儿童汉语阅读障碍量表的初步编制

【摘要】目的 编制一套适合中国学龄儿童使用的《儿童汉语阅读障碍量表》(DCCC,Dyslexia Checklist for Chinese Children),以便为城市学生制定一个科学、有效的汉语阅读障碍诊断工具。方法 根据《国际疾病分类》第10版(ICD-10)和《诊断与统计手册:精神障碍》第4版(DSM-IV)对阅读障碍的描述和诊断标准,结合儿童阅读障碍临床表现和行为特点,自编《儿童汉语阅读障碍量表》(DCCC),在武汉市随机抽取896名小学三~五年级学生及其家长进行问卷调查,检测DCCC的信度与效度。结果 DCCC共包括58个检测条目和8个分量表,各条目因子负荷平均值为0.644,共通性为0.583,因素分析所获8因子模型可解释56.32%的变异,符合汉语阅读障碍的神经语言学层次理论;各分量表的重测相关系数在0.644~0.748之间(P<0.05),Cronbach's α系数平均为0.724。结论《儿童汉语阅读障碍量表》设计合理,有良好的信度与效度,符合量表编制要求。【关键词】 语言,阅读障碍;统计计算;学生保健服务
The Establishment of Dyslexia Checklist for Chinese Children

【Abstract】Objective To establish the dyslexia checklist for Chinese children(DCCC), so as to provide a scientific and efficient diagnosis instrument for urban students with Chinese dyslexia. Methods Based on the definition and diagnostic criteria of dyslexia in the DSMIV and ICD10, the DCCC was conducted with psychological and clinical checking. Its reliability and validity were tested among 896 pupils and their parents in urban Wuhan. Results The DCCC consisted of 58 items and 8 subscales, the average value of factor loading was 0.644 for each item. The reliability coefficients were 0.724 for internal consistence (Cronbach's α).Conclusion For its good reliability and validity, the DCCC is an ideal rating scale for children with Chinese dyslexia. ......
