【摘要】 目的 观察中医灸法联合放血疗法治疗痛风性关节炎急性发作期的临床疗效。方法 选择痛风性关节炎急性期患者60例，随机分为两组，治疗组36例，采用快速止痛疗法-点灸联合放血法；对照组24例采用秋水仙碱口服治疗，两组疗程均为3天。结果 快速止痛法组总有效率为100%，对照组总有效率为83.3%。且两组治疗后血沉、血白细胞、血尿酸值等差异有显著性(P<0.01)。 结论 中医灸法治疗痛风性关节炎急性期疗效确切。
