[摘 要] 目的：提高闭合性十二指肠损伤的外科治疗水平。方法：回顾性总结我院1995年至2004年间收治的闭合性十二指肠损伤5例临床经验。结果：十二指肠破裂行单纯修补2例，修补加十二指肠造口2例，行十二指肠憩室化手术1例。5例均痊愈。结论：十二指肠损伤的早期诊断和及时手术处理非常重要，十二指肠修补和十二指肠憩室化是较实用的手术。[关键词] 十二指肠疾病；损伤；诊断；外科治疗
The Significance of Duodenal Injuried to Treat

Abstract：Objective To improve the result of surgical treatment in patients suffering from closed duodenal trauma.Methods Clinical experience was summarized on 5 cases of closed duodenal damage from 1995 to 2004 at our hospital.Results Two patients with duodenal disruption were simply repaired；two wag repaired and duodenostomy；the other one was used the techniques for duodenal diverticularizations.All the five patients were cured successfully.Conclusion The early diagnosis and treatment in time of duodenal injury are important.The primary,repair and the techniques for diverticularizations are practical.
