【摘要】 目的 了解摇头丸使用者的一般情况及防御方式特点。方法 以定式问卷和开放性问卷进行晤谈。结果 摇头丸使用者25岁以下占57.19%，绝大多数为中等教育程度，多药滥用者占21.62%，防御方式调查发现摇头丸使用者比正常人更少采用成熟防御机制。结论 摇头丸滥用者中青少年占大多数，对摇头丸的危害认识不足，容易形成流行趋势；摇头丸使用者比正常人更少采用成熟防御机制。

    【Abstract】 Objective Aim to learn general setting and defense style characteristic of “ecstasy” abusers. Methods Interview with Defense Style Questionare. Results 57.19% of “ecstasy” abusers are less than 25 years old，and most of them are poorly or middle educated，21.6% are multi-drug abusers，the investigation of DSQ find that ecstasy abusers use less ripenning defense style than normal.Conclusion most of the ecstasy abusers are youth，they know little about the disadvantage of using ecstasy，ecstesy can spread quickly among them，the abusers use less defense style than normal.
