灯盏细辛注射液治疗IgA肾病的临床观察

     [摘要] 目的：观察灯盏细辛注射液治疗IgA肾病的疗效。方法：在常规治疗IgA肾病的基础上对60例患者加用灯盏细辛注射液。结果：灯盏细辛注射液治疗后，IgA肾病的血尿、24 h尿蛋白量、血压、肾功能等显著改善，治疗组优于对照组。结论：灯盏细辛注射液治疗IgA肾病疗效明显，没有任何毒副作用，值得临床应用。

    A Clinical Observation of Dengzhanxixin Zhusheye in Treating IgA NephropathyPatients

    Abstract：Objective To observe the curative effect of Dengzhanxixin Zhusheye in treating IgA nephropathy patients.Methods On the basis of treating IgA nephropathy patients in routine,add and use Dengzhanxixin Zhusheye to 60 patients.Results After we treating with Dengzhanxixin Zhusheye,The blood in the urine of the kidney disease,albumen amount of 24hour urine and blood pressure have notably improved.It is better to treat the group efficiently than the contrasting group.Conclusions Dengzhanxixin Zhusheye has obvious curative effect in treating IgA nephropathy patients ......
