【摘要】 目的 提高对Marfans综合征的认识和护理水平。方法 总结我院收治的5例Marfans综合征的病例特点和护理经验。结果 5例就诊年龄10～18岁，4例在术前经过系统护理，5例术后均未出现严重并发症。结论 加强对Marfans综合征的术前系统护理是预防术后出现心肺功能不全的重要措施之一。【关键词】 Marfans综合征，脊柱侧凸；护理

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the nursing skills for Marfans syndrome.Methods 5 patients with Marfans syndrome,who received surgical therapy,were reviewed about clinical traits and the experience of nursing.Results Of 5 cases aged 10～18years,4 patients received systemic nursing before procedure.No patients suffered from severe complications.Conclusion The pre-operative systematic nursing is one of most important means to prevent the complications of cardiopulmonary dysfunction post-operation.
