【摘要】 目的 探讨老年消化性溃疡的特点。方法 对56例老年消化性溃疡患者进行回顾性分析，并与同期住院的青年消化性溃疡47例进行对比。结果 56例老年消化性溃疡中，以呕血、黑便为首发症状36例(64.3%)，胃溃疡18例(32.1%)，高于青年组的4例(8.5%)(P<0.01)，高位溃疡和巨大溃疡发生率高，并发症39例(69.6%)，伴随其他疾病者36例(64.3%)，高于青年组的6例(12.8%)(P<0.01)。结论 老年消化性溃疡在临床表现、病发部位及并发症等方面均有一定的特点。

    Analysis of the clinical features in 56 aged patients with peptic ulcer

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics of peptic ulcer in the aged.Methods Clinical data of 56 aged patients with peptic ulcer were analyzed retrospectively and the results were compared with those of 47 young cases of peptic ulcer.Results In 56 aged cases of peptic ulcer there were 36 cases (64.3%),presented with hematemesis and melena first,13 cases (23.2%)sufferd from gastric ulcer.The incidence was higher than that in young group (8.5% P<0.01).The incidence of elevation ulcer and enormous ulcer were higher.The complications were found in 39 cases (69.6%) and the concomitant diseases were found in 36 cases which was higher than that in young group (6 cases,12.8%,P<0.01).Conclusion There are some characteristics of peptic ulcer in the aged patients in the aspects of clinical presentation,lesion location and complication. ......
