摘要: 核因子-κB(nuclear factor-kappa B,NF-κB)在炎性及免疫反应中起着重要的作用,创伤性脑损伤后NF-κ表达已在实验动物及临床观察中得到肯定,但对伤后NF-κB的作用仍存在不同的争议。NF-κB活化的机制目前仍不十分清楚。笔者就近年来创伤性脑损伤后NF-κB的研究进行如下综述,着重阐明脑损伤后NF-κB活化的变化机制及其双重作用性。关键词: 脑损伤;核因子-κB;神经损伤;神经保护
Neuro-damage and cytoprotection of NF-κB after traumatic brain injury

Abstract: NF-κB is widely known for its key roles in inflammation and immune responses.Incidence of increased NF-κB after traumatic brain injury(TBI)has been observed both in animals and patients,but there is still different views about the function of NF-κB after TBI.The mechanism of NF-κB activation is still not clear.The author summarized the status of recent studies on NF-κB after TBI stressing on the mechanism of the changes and the double function of neuro-damage and cytoprotection.
