应用透明质酸钠对跟腱断裂术后疗效的影响

     摘要：目的研究局部使用透明质酸钠对跟腱断裂修复术后疗效的影响。方法对53例跟腱断裂患者，根据术后是否局部使用透明质酸钠分为对照组(甲组)和治疗组(乙组)，术后随访按照ArnerLindholm的疗效标准评定疗效，并测量患侧踝关节较健侧活动度减小度数，两组间进行比较。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)，且踝关节活动度丧失明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论局部使用透明质酸钠可有效预防跟腱修复术后黏连，提高疗效。

    Effect of sodium hyaluronate on clinical results after repair of ruptured achilles tendon

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of sodium hyaluronate on clinical results after repair of ruptured achilles tendon.Methods Fiftythree patients with achilles tendon rupture were divided into A and B groups.The clinical results were evaluated with ArnerLindholm Standard,the decrease of ankle joint's movement scope was also measured.All the indexes were compared between two groups.Results The clinical results and the ankle joint's movement scope of B group were significantly better than those of A group.Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate is effective in adhesion prevention after repair of ruptured achilles tendon. ......
