     摘要：随着现代交通、运输业的发展，高能量创伤迅速增加，胸腰椎爆裂性骨折日渐增多，手术治疗的病例数越来越多，并有不断推广的趋势。当然，随之而来的问题与纠纷也不断增加。本文就目前常见的问题进行讨论，希望规范手术流程，尽可能减少手术并发症及不必要的医疗纠纷。

    Abstract: The incidence of thoracolumbar burst fracture is rising up with the development of traffic and transportation.The bad results and medical disputes are mounting up when the operative cases are increasing dramatically and the operative treatments are applied inappropriately.In order to decrease the operative complication and avoid medical disputes,we present some common problems and evaluate the standard operative procedures for thoracolumbar bust fracture.
