107例颅颈复合伤流行病学特征及分析

摘要：目的 研究颅颈复合伤流行病学特点，探讨其损伤机制。方法 对我院1999年11月～2003年11月收治的颅脑损伤病人首诊即行颈椎主动性普查(主要用影像学)，筛选合并颈椎损伤病例进一步分析研究。结果 5年共收治颅脑损伤病例1087例，检查出合并颈椎损伤107例(9.84%)。其中无脊髓损伤的颈椎骨折与脱位42例(39.25%)；合并颈髓损伤65例(60.75%)，其中颈髓不全损伤51例(47.66%)，颈髓完全损伤14例(13.08%)。治愈好转79例(73.83%)，死亡8例(7.48%)，致残20例(18.69%)。结论 交通伤为首要致伤原因，颅颈复合伤发病率较高，应高度重视颅脑损伤的颈部检查。关键词：颅脑损伤；颈椎损伤；影像学；流行病学
Epidemiological characteristics and analysis of traumatic brain injury with cervical vertebral injury in 107 cases

Abstract: Objective To study the epidemiological characters of traumatic brain injury with cervical vertebral injury and to investigate the injury mechanism.Methods Every patient with head injury hospitalized in our hospital during 1999.11～2003.11 had imaging examination of cervical vertebrate.The cases with cervical vertebral injury were found out and were further studied.Results There were 107 cases(9.84%) with cervical vertebrae injury among all patients with head injury in five years,including 42 cases(39.25%) with pure fracture and dislocation of cervical vertebrae,65 cases(60.75%) with cervical cord lesion;79 cases got good recovery(73.83%),8 cases died,20 cases had functional deficits.Conclusion Traffic accidents are the primary causes.It is important to take cervical examination for all patients with head injury. ......
