【摘要】 目的 比较缓释氟尿嘧啶植入给药与常规给药治疗小鼠肝癌实体瘤的疗效。 方法 小鼠接种癌细胞，5d后以两种方法分别给药治疗。 结果 缓释氟尿嘧啶局部植入给药组平均生存期为30.3d和33.9d;而氟尿嘧啶常规给药组平均生存期为11.0d和23.5d。 结论 缓释氟尿嘧啶局部植入给药对小鼠肝癌实体瘤的疗效(生存期)优于常规给药。
