【摘要】 目的 探讨上尿路梗阻引起肾积水的超声诊断临床应用价值。方法 采用组织谐波显像技术(THI)对126例肾积水超声诊断的声像图特征与手术病理结果进行回顾性分析。结果 126例上尿路梗阻引起肾积水，THI超声诊断符合率98.4%(124/126)。其中输尿管结石85例，占67.5%(85/126)；肾结石22例，占17.5%(22/126)；妊娠10例，占7.9%(10/126)；输尿管肿瘤4例，占3.2%(4/126)；肾结核3例，占2.4%(3/126)；炎症2例，占1.6%(2/126)。结论 组织谐波显像技术在上尿路梗阻引起肾积水的超声诊断与寻找病因方面的应用，优于二维超声诊断，即基波(F1)，其方法简便、易行、无创伤、无痛苦、可重复性，具有重要临床应用价值。【关键词】 组织谐波显像技术；肾积水；超声诊断

【Abstract】 Objective The main purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical applicable value of the tissue harmonious imaging (THI) in the ultrasonic diagnosis of the upper urine road obstruction causing the kidney hydrocele.Methods 126 patients with kidneys hydrocele were examined ultrsonographically and retrospetively analyzed with regard to the ultrasonic attributes and the pathologic results.Results 126 patients with kidneys hydrocele caused by the upper urine road obstruction,THI in the utrasonic diagnosis accurate rate was 98.4% (124/126);85 patients had ureter stone accounting for 67.5% (85/126);22 patients had kidney stone accounting for 17.5% (22/126);10 patients with pregnancy accounting for 7.9% (10/126);4 patients had tumor accounting for 3.2% (4/126);3 patients had kidney tuberculosis accounting for 2.4%(3/126);2 patients had nephritis accounting for 1.6%(2/126).Conclusion The application of THI in the ultrasonic diagnosis of the upper urine tract obstruction causing the kidney hydrocele is better and more effective than realtime ultrasound.THI,which is feasible,reliable,noninvasive and repetitive has important clinical applicable value. ......
