非超声乳化小切口白内障摘除治疗闭角型青光眼临床观察

【摘要】 目的 初步观察小切口白内障摘除联合后房型折叠式人工晶体植入术治疗合并白内障的闭角型青光眼的疗效。方法 回顾分析闭角型青光眼患者30例(34眼)，患者均有不同程度地晶状体混浊，入院后均行小切口白内障摘除联合后房型折叠式人工晶体植入术，随访时间6个月～2年。结果 眼压均得到控制，所有患者的眼压在20mmHg以下，术后30眼(88%)最佳矫正视力均有不同程度地提高。结论 小切口白内障摘除联合后房型折叠式人工晶体植入术，可有效治疗合并白内障的闭角型青光眼，具有降压和增视的双重效果。【关键词】 小切口;白内障;闭角型青光眼
Non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract surgery in treatment of angle-closure glaucoma

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of nonphacoemulsification small incision cataract surgery with foldable posterior chamber intraocular lens in the treatment of angleclosure glaucoma with cataract.Methods Retrospective study was conducted in 30 cases(34 eyes) of angleclosure glaucoma and cataract was retrospectively.All the patients underwent nonphacoemulsifiction small incision cataract surgery with foldable posterior chamber intraocular lens implanlation were performed.Results All the intraocular pressure were under the control and below the 20mmHg.The best corrected visual acuity was improved in 30 of 34 eyes (88%).Conclusion Nonphacoemulsifiction small incision cataract with foldable posterior chamber intraocular lens implanlation can be a good alternative in treating angleclosure glaucoma with cataract.At the same time it has dual results of decreasing the pressure and improving the visual acuity. ......
