角膜碱烧伤的油剂治疗

     【摘要】目的研究油剂对角膜碱烧伤的治疗效果。方法本文对1997～2002年眼科住院的角膜碱烧伤病人34例44眼，随机分为两组，治疗组点油剂(茶油、鱼肝油)、对照组未点油剂。记录视力，荧光素染色裂隙灯检查情况。结果发现油剂治疗组有效率为90.9%，对照组有效率为63.6%，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论油剂是治疗角膜碱烧伤的有效药物。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effectiveness of oil for the treatment of alkali corneal burn.Methods 44 eyes of 34 inpatients admitted to our hospital from 1997 to 2002 were divided into 2 groups,which was treated with oil treatment (tea oil orcodliver oil) and without oil respectively.Visual acuity and results of slitlamp examinations with fluorescine dye were recorded.Results Cure rates of the oil treatment group and the comparative group were 90.9% and 63.6% respectively.The intergroup difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Oil treatment is effective for alkali corneal burn.
