摘要: 目的 探讨冻融异种神经匀浆结合硅胶管套接对周围神经再生的影响。方法 Wistar大鼠24只,分成2组,切断其右侧坐骨神经造成10mm缺损。A组于硅胶管内注入冻融异种神经匀浆悬浮液30μl,B组于硅胶管内注入30μl生理盐水。于术后16周分别进行大体、电生理、组织学观察和形态学分析。结果 A组的再生神经运动传导速度快于B组,再生有髓神经纤维数亦高于B组,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 深低温冷冻处理是一种有效的降低异种神经抗原性的方法,冻融异种神经匀浆有明显促神经再生作用。关键词:冻融异种神经匀浆;硅胶管;神经再生;周围神经
Experimental study on repair of peripheral nerve defect by cryotreated xenogeneic nerve homogenate combined with graft conduit of silastic

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of cryotreated xenogeneic nerve homogenate combined with graft conduit of silastic on peripheral nerve regeneration.Methods Twentyfour adult Wistar rats were divided into two groups and their right sciatic nerves were transected to form a 10 mm gap.Cryotreated xenogeneic nerve homogenate suspension(30 μl) was injected into the graft conduit of silastic in group A,and saline solution(30μl) was injected into the graft conduit of silastic in group B.General observation,electrophysiological test,histological examination and morphometry were performed 16 weeks after surgery.Results The motor nerve conductive velocity found in group A was significantly faster than that of group B,and the amount of myelinated fibers found in group A was significantly larger than that in group B.Conclusion It is suggested that the cryotreated procedure is a good pretreatment method for peripheral nerve xenograft,and cryotreated xenogeneic nerve homogenate can markedly promote nerve regeneration. ......
