【摘要】 目的 探讨大学生足的非对称性，为鞋的设计提供形态依据，为体质人类学研究积累资料。方法 采用国际通用足的测量方法，测量319名(男156人，女163人)辽宁籍大学生的足部15项形态指标。结果 足部15项形态指标均以非对称性多见，并且左侧较长的占多数。第1趾足长左侧>右侧和左侧<右侧的平均值男生为4.5 mm和3.8 mm，女生为4.4 mm和3.9 mm。第1趾足长Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型的比率男生分别为54.5%，29.5%和16.0%，女生分别为47.2%，30.7%和22.1%。结论 大学生足的形态有明显的不对称性。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the asymmetry of college students' feet, to provide a morphological bases for design of shoes, and to provide data for physical anthropology.
