肝硬化患者不同类型食物胃排空时间测定及其与血清NO关系初步探讨

     【摘要】 目的 研究肝硬化患者不同类型食物胃排空时间及其与血清NO水平的关系。方法 分别应用实时超声法和放射学方法对33例肝硬化患者(Child-Pugh A级10例,B级17例,C级6例)和14例健康志愿者进食液体和半固体后胃排空时间进行测定,并测定其空腹血清NO浓度。结果 肝硬化患者胃液体半排空时间为(48.6±8.71)min,而进食10mm小钡条和半固体标准餐混合物后胃排空时间为(6.38±1.1)h;健康对照组则分别为(26.14±7.32)min和(4.94±1.87)h。血清NO浓度患者组与对照组分别为(66.46±11.96)μmol/L及(50.23±9.7)μmol/L,差异均有显著性。而Child A、B、C级三组之间无差别。结论 肝硬化患者不同类型食物胃排空时间均有延迟,NO在动力延缓中起着重要的作用。应用实时超声法和放射学方法进行研究简单、准确、经济。

    The primary study for the relationship between gastric emptying on different types of food and serum NO level in patients with liver cirrhosis

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between gastric emptying and serum Nitric oxide (NO) level for liquid and semi-solid food in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods Liquid and semi-solid meal mixed 10 little barium bar as markers were taken by 33 patients with liver cirrhosis (grade A 10,grade B 17,grade C 6) and 14 volunteers,real time ultrasonography and digital radiography were used for the estimation of gastric emptying time(GET).Fasting serum NO level was also tested.Results In patients with liver cirrhosis,1/2 GET of liquid food was (48.6±8.71)minutes,GET of semi-solid food was(6.38±1.1)hours,and their serum NO concentration was(66.46±11.96)μmol/L.Correspondingly,data were(26.14±7.32)minutes,(4.94±1.87)hours and(50.23±9.7)μmol/L respectively in volunteers.There were significant differences between patients and volunteers,but no differences between Child-Pugh A,B,C patients.Conclusion By contrast to the volunteers,in the patients of liver cirrhosis,1/2 GET of liquid food and GET of semi-solid meal is delayed,NO plays an important role in the abnormality of gastric emptying.Real-time ultrasonography and radiography are methods suggested to be used. ......
