【摘要】 目的 调查影响恢复期精神病病人服药依从性的原因，并提出防范对策。方法 用自制调查表对我院近两年的恢复期精神病病人106例进行调查。结果 影响恢复期精神病病人服药依从性的主要原因是：(1)认为已痊愈，不需要再服药；(2)怕吃了药无精神，影响正常生活；(3)服了药难受；(4)怕损害内脏器官；(5)怕社会歧视；(6)怕影响婚姻；(7)怕变傻等。结论 根据影响恢复期精神病病人服药依从性特点，采取如下针对性防范对策：(1)帮助病人坚持服药维持治疗；(2)有的放矢耐心细致地解释；(3)做好健康教育；(4)发挥家庭和社会支持系统的作用。【关键词】 恢复期；精神病病人；服药依从性；对策
Factors affecting compliance of convalescent phychotics taking medicine and the counterplans
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the factors affecting compliance of convalescent phychotic patients taking medicine and put forward the counterplans.Methods To two years convalescent period 106 mental patients proceedings inquisition in our hospital.Results Main reasons affecting compliance of patients taking medince:(1)think the disease cures;(2)fear to influence the normal life;(3)feel ill after taking medicine;(4)fear to damage internal organs;(5)fear of the social bias.Conclusion According to characteristic of affecting compliance of convalescent phychotics taking medicine,the counterplans as follows:(1)help the patient insist in taking medicine and maintain the treatment;(2)have the right idea to explain meticulously and patiently;(3)give health education;(4)make family and social sustenance system do the functions. ......
