【摘要】 目的 研究中学教师原因不确定感对其状态焦虑和特质焦虑的影响,探索提高教师心理健康水平的途径。方法 采用自填问卷集体调查方式,对山西省临汾市7所中学308名教师进行调查。结果 中学教师自我原因不确定感对其状态焦虑和特质焦虑都有着显著的预测作用,决定系数分别为8.1%和13.0%。结论 中学教师的自我原因不确定感对其焦虑水平有显著影响。【关键词】 焦虑;心理学,医学;相互影响分析
The Effects of Causal Uncertainty on Anxiety Among Middle School Teachers

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of middle school teachers' causaluncertainty on their state anxiety and trait anxiety, and to explore new approaches to improving teachers' mental health. Methods A selfadministered questionnaire survey was conducted among 308 teachers in 7 middle schools in Linfen. Results Causaluncertainty of middle school teachers had apparent prediction function to their state and trait anxiety, and the decisive coefficients were 8.1% and 13.0% respectively.
