【摘 要】 目的 探讨肾内型肾盂及肾旋转不良并发鹿角形肾结石的有效手术方法。 方法 采用改良式切除肾门后唇肾窦内肾盂切开取石术治疗鹿角形肾结石12例。 结果 12例平均手术时间90min，平均出血150ml，均1次取净结石，结石最大约6.0cm×5.0cm×3.0cm。术后KUB及IVU均未见残留结石，肾功能正常。 结论 此术式不阻断肾蒂，出血少，操作简单，取石彻底。 【关键词】 肾结石;外科手术;手术方式
