     摘要采用HPLC法测定头孢泊肟酯原料的含量，色谱条件为：ShimPack苯基柱，用0.005 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(pH 6.5)(甲醇乙腈＝75∶25)=61∶39为流动相，检测波长260 nm，头孢泊肟酯在20～250 μg/mL浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.99999)，平均回收率为99.86%，RSD=0.35%(n=9)。

    Determination of Cefpodoxime Proxetil by HPLC

    Abstract A HPLC method was developed for the determination of Cefpodoxime Proxetil. The chromatographic conditions were: ShimPack Phenyl column, with 0.005 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate(pH 6.5)(methanolacetonitrile=75∶25)=61∶39 as mobile phase, detected at 260 nm. Within 20～250 μg/mL, Cefpodoxime Proxetil had a good linearity(r=099999). The average recovery was 99.86%, with the RSD of 0.35%(n=9).
