摘要： 目的 对比分析髌骨粉碎性骨折的两种内固定方法的治疗效果。方法 将58例髌骨粉碎性骨折患者随机分成两组，A组30例行切开复位克氏针张力带内固定，B组28例行切开复位镍钛形状记忆环抱器内固定，对两组手术时间、手术并发症及术后恢复情况进行比较。结果 两组在平均手术时间和术后恢复方面无显著性差异，在术后并发症方面有显著性差异。结论 镍钛形状记忆环抱器内固定对髌骨粉碎性骨折治疗比克氏针张力带内固定并发症少。关键词： 髌骨骨折； 内固定； 并发症
Comparison of two different methods of internal fixation for comminuted fracture of patella

Abstract： Objective To compare two different methods of internal fixations for comminuted fracture of patella. Methods Fiftyeight cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. Thirty cases(group A) were treated with tension band wiring,and other 28 cases(group B) were treated with NickelTilanium memory alloy patella concentrator. The operation time,complications and the therapeutic effect of these 2 groups were compared. Results No significant difference was found in the average operation time and the therapeutic effect between the 2 groups. There were a few complications in group B than that of group A. Conclusion This study demonstrated that internal fixation with NickelTilanium memory alloy patella concentrator has a few complication than internal fixation by tension band wiring. ......
