【摘要】 目的 探讨第二产程中产妇发生体力衰竭的因素和干预措施，制定有效的治疗方案，及时给予治疗，提高自然分娩率，降低手术产率。方法 从产妇入院待产起一对一观察产妇的产程进展和情绪、体力的表现。结果 部分产妇由于身体素质和心理因素的影响在第一产程结束进入第二产程时会出现体力衰竭表现，放弃阴道分娩要求剖宫产。通过采取心理辅导、输液营养治疗、家属陪伴措施，90%能自然分娩。结论 第二产程产妇体力衰竭给予及时恰当的治疗相当重要，心理辅导、营养补充、陪伴分娩三者结合作用显著，是降低剖宫产率的有效措施。【关键词】 第二产程；产妇体力衰竭；治疗
Countermeasures to physical exhaustion of parturient during the second stage

【Abstract】 Objective This essay aimed to investigate the factors of lyingin womens being feeble in physical strength in the second birth process;discuss about the proper preventive measures and effective treatments to improve the rate of natural childbirth and decrease cesarean section.Methods One-to-one observation on womens spirit and physical reaction from the very beginning of their entry into the hospital was carried.Results Because of the physical and psychological influences that cause physical feebleness in the lyingin women,part of them tended to remand for cesarean section instead of the traditional and natural childbirth at the end of the first stage and the beginning of second stage.As a matter of fact,90% of the lyingin women were able to give birth to a child naturally via psychological assistance of medical members,transfusion treatment and companing of family members.Conclusion The appropriate treatment in the second birth process for the lyingin womens feebleness is beneficial;and its an effective measurement to decrease caesarean section by integrating psychological assistance,nutrition supplement and companion. ......
